Duration and termination of the contract (unilateral termination of the contract by the customer)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The contract that the Customer enters into with NEO CARBON doo for the purchase and sale of products and services is a one-time contract for the purchase and sale of products or services that is consummated by the delivery of goods or services by NEO CARBON and the payment made by the Customer, in case it is not previously terminated. These terms of use of the website and the General Business Terms are an integral part of the Purchase Agreement between NEO CARBON and the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection, the natural person Buyer is authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, i.e. delivery of the last product from the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An exception to this authorization applies to products for which Art. 79 of the Consumer Protection Act excludes the right to unilateral termination of the contract, which NEO CARBON will specifically warn you about in the offer of the specific product. Ugovor koji Kupac sklapa s NEO CARBON d.o.o. za kupoprodaju proizvoda i usluga je jednokratan ugovor o kupoprodaji proizvoda ili usluga koji je konzumiran isporukom robe ili usluge od strane NEO CARBON te izvr\u0161enim pla\u0107anjem od strane Kupca, u slu\u010daju da prethodno ne bude raskinut. Ovi uvjeti kori\u0161tenja internetske stranice i Op\u0107i uvjeti poslovanja sastavni su dio Ugovora o kupoprodaji izme\u0111u NEO CARBON i Kupca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sukladno Zakonu o za\u0161titi potro\u0161a\u010da fizi\u010dka osoba Kupac ovla\u0161tena je jednostrano raskinuti ugovor ne navode\u0107i razloge za to u roku od 14 dana od datuma isporuke proizvoda, odnosno isporuke zadnjeg proizvoda iz narud\u017ebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iznimka od ovog ovla\u0161tenja odnosi se na proizvode za koje \u010dl. 79.  Zakona o za\u0161titi potro\u0161a\u010da isklju\u010duje pravo na jednostrani raskid ugovora o \u010demu \u0107e vas NEO CARBON posebno upozoriti u ponudi konkretnog proizvoda.
