Duration and termination of the contract (unilateral termination of the contract by the customer)

The contract that the Customer enters into with NEO CARBON doo for the purchase and sale of products and services is a one-time contract for the purchase and sale of products or services that is consummated by the delivery of goods or services by NEO CARBON and the payment made by the Customer, in case it is not previously terminated. These terms of use of the website and the General Business Terms are an integral part of the Purchase Agreement between NEO CARBON and the Customer.

Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection, the natural person Buyer is authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, i.e. delivery of the last product from the order.

An exception to this authorization applies to products for which Art. 79 of the Consumer Protection Act excludes the right to unilateral termination of the contract, which NEO CARBON will specifically warn you about in the offer of the specific product.
