NEO CARBON doo will periodically, at its discretion, put certain products on sale or organize special forms of sales of other names.
These products will be available to all customers or will be available to customers of a specific, precisely specified group. The conditions of the promotional sale will be described in detail, especially the duration of the promotional sale/special form of sale, the limitation of the quantity of goods, the amount of the discount, and the like.

Such a situation is extraordinary and does not last long.
NEO CARBON will take all necessary measures and engage all possible resources in order to fulfill the delivery of the ordered product in a timely manner. In the event that the NEO CARBON supplier does not have the ordered product available, he will inform the customer about this and offer him the opportunity to purchase a product from the NEO CARBON Internet store that is available for delivery and that is closest in terms of its characteristics to the product that cannot be delivered. Duration and termination of the contract (unilateral termination of the contract by the customer)
The contract that the Customer enters into with NEO CARBON doo for the purchase and sale of products and services is a one-time contract for the purchase and sale of products or services that is consummated by the delivery of goods or services by NEO CARBON and the payment made by the Customer, in case it is not previously terminated. These terms of use of the website and the General Business Terms are an integral part of the Purchase Agreement between NEO CARBON and the Customer.
Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection, the natural person Buyer is authorized to unilaterally terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, i.e. delivery of the last product from the order.
An exception to this authorization applies to products for which Art. 79 of the Consumer Protection Act excludes the right to unilateral termination of the contract, which NEO CARBON will specifically warn you about in the offer of the specific product. You can unilaterally terminate the contract using the mentioned form or by any other unequivocal statement in which you express your will to terminate the contract on a permanent medium.

First use or first use of the purchased product
Pursuant to Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Law on Consumer Protection, the customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the purchased product that is the result of handling the purchased product, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods, which was established as the consumer's obligation in the case of unilateral termination of the contract within the legal term of 14 days.
NEO CARBON doo informs customers that the reduction in the value of the purchased product in relation to damage to the packaging, i.e. damage to the product that was not caused by checking the functionality of the product, will be determined for each returned product individually, and will inform the customer of the determination after receiving the returned product if there is a need for compensation.
NEO CARBON recommendations regarding products, product downloads, product handling and regarding unilateral termination of the contract within the legal term of 14 days:
- the image of the product shows the basic appearance and way of using the product, as well as the presentation of the product as foreseen by the manufacturer. The image does not show in detail the specific product that is delivered to the customer, therefore NEO CARBON recommends that the customer, when choosing a product, review in detail the product characteristics and product description that are listed in the offer on the NEO CARBON website and can be accessed by clicking on the product.
- if the packaging is damaged, do not pick up the product, but immediately draw the attention of the delivery person to the damage to the packaging and ask him to return the product to NEO CARBON doo. IF THE BUYER DOES NOT CLAIM THE DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGING TO THE DELIVERY AT THE TIME OF PICKING UP THE PRODUCT, HE IS CONSIDERED TO HAVE PICKED UP THE PRODUCT WITH UNDAMAGED PACKAGING.
- if you find damage to the product after removing the packaging, keep the original packaging and contact NEO CARBON within 14 days of receiving the goods. If NEO CARBON organizes the transportation of goods for return, it is necessary to pack the product in the original packaging to avoid damage to the product. If it is a specific packaging (e.g. styrofoam and foil), it is necessary to secure parts of the packaging in order to protect the product.
- if the packaging is undamaged and you have received the product, carefully remove the packaging with as little damage as possible, because damaged packaging reduces the value of the product.
- carefully inspect the product, its construction, specifics, features and functionality (e.g. inspect seams on clothing, suits, gloves and socks and other sewn products, damage-scratches-bumps on tires, damage to plastic parts of the product, glued parts of the product, damage special materials (carbon, epoxy, wood and the like), appearance and functionality of mechanical parts (e.g. pulley-mulline, triggers, buckles, knife and the like), correctness (bend/flatness) of arrows or spears and their parts (wings, notches, hooks), inflatable products (buoys, floats, rafts), correctness of battery-powered products (lamps, scales, etc.).
– IMPORTANT: do not use or handle the product if you intend to use the legal right to cancel the contract, because any further handling of the product reduces the value of the product.
The handling/use of the product is considered, for example:
- use of neoprene and rubber clothing products in the sea/water,
– use/use of products with rubber parts in the sea/water,
- use of products made of special materials: wood, epoxy, carbon and others.
- use/use of mechanical and metal parts of the product in the sea/water,
- the use of plastic and electronic products in the sea/water,
By handling, using or using products that reduce the value of the product in the case of customer complaints about damaged products with a request for the legal right to terminate the contract is, for example:
- a visibly torn or improperly sewn product, and a product used in the sea/water,
- uneven or bent used arrow (spear), and the product was used in the sea/water,
- scratches on the tires of the underwater gun, and the product was used in the sea/water,
– broken plastic or rubber parts of the product, and the product used in the sea/water,
- scratches on plastic, rubber and glass parts of masks, fins and snorkels, and the product was used in the sea/water,
– damage and scratches on underwater guns, and the product was used in the sea/water,
– damage or distortion of the mechanical and metal parts of the product, and the product used in the sea/water,
– damage to the inflatable product, and the product used in the sea/water,
– damage to bags or backpacks due to carrying things,
- other damages that are caused by use or use, and which are visible before use or use of the same.
NEO CARBON informs customers about the specific properties of certain products for which, due to their characteristics, it is not possible to check their functionality without handling the product outdoors, that is, in the sea or water. This applies to products whose functionality or correctness is tested outdoors or in the sea/water. for example:
– functionality/power/strength of tires on underwater guns,
- use of an underwater lamp (in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions)
- assembly/installation and commissioning of tires, wooden, plastic, metal and other parts of products that were purchased separately to be assembled separately.
NEO CARBON informs customers that certain products that fall under the category "handmade product" or "tested products" and which, before being put on the market, have been tested under real conditions in the sea or water Products that are marked as a "handmade product" category or "tested products" may, due to testing, have minor scratches, traces or other forms of cosmetic damage that occurred during testing, which do not affect the correctness of the product or fall into the category of an already used product. These cosmetic damages are a sign and guarantee that this product has been separately tested under real conditions as a guarantee of our quality and the attention we pay to each product and customer.
Therefore, NEO CARBON informs customers that they should carefully inspect products of the "handmade product" or "tested products" type and contact NEO CARBONE if necessary before using them in the sea or water.
If the authorized service determines that it is a type of damage or malfunction of the product, NEO CARBON will not be able to assume responsibility or cost caused by the customer's actions contrary to this notice.
NEO CARBON recommends that customers, when they notice potential irregularities or damage, contact NEO CARBON for specific and individual products for which, due to their characteristics, it is not possible to check their functionality without handling the product outdoors, i.e. in the sea or water.
NEO CARBON will not be able to acknowledge the consequences of using or using the product contrary to these Terms of Use and the General Business Terms.
In the event that the Customer orders goods and refuses to receive them without reason (the packaging is not damaged), NEO CARBON has the right to withhold from the paid amount of the purchase price the amount of the direct costs of returning the product.
NEO CARBON is responsible for material defects of the items it sells on its website in accordance with positive regulations, in particular the Law on Obligations of the Republic of Croatia.
The buyer will receive notification of the status of the returned product and the amount of the refund within 10 days via electronic mail, or email. The refund to the customer will be made no later than 5 days from the date of sending the notification to the customer.
The right to unilateral termination of the contract is excluded by law in several cases. Complete information related to the right of the customer to unilaterally terminate the contract can be found in the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 41/2014, 110/2015, 14/2019 with changes).
Objection, response to objection and notices

NEO CARBON will confirm the receipt of the complaint in writing without delay, and according to the Law, the answer must reach you within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
Through its website, NEO CARBON informs the customer about the locations where it has ensured the possibility of receiving EE waste (electrical and electronic waste) on a one-for-one basis, in the area of the local self-government unit where the customer resides at no cost per customer. Payment methods
NEO CARBON allows you to purchase selected products by paying in the following way:
When choosing this payment method, you will receive a proforma invoice to your e-mail address with all the information required for payment, including the account number to which you need to pay the value of the order. You can then make the payment using internet banking or the way you normally pay your bills - through the bank, post office, Fine or similar.
For Burmese payments, the goods are delivered only after we post the payment (according to bank statements - as a rule,
next working day).
The cash on delivery option allows you to pay the amount of the order upon delivery to the specified address, that is, only when the goods are delivered to you by the delivery service. With the cash on delivery option, we charge HRK 7.00 for the delivery costs of this payment option in addition to the displayed price of the product with VAT. Cash on delivery payment is made exclusively in cash, to the delivery person at the time of delivery to the specified address. In case the recipient is not able to receive the shipment at the defined delivery address at the time of delivery, the delivery person leaves a notification about the arrival of the shipment.
A NEO CARBON gift voucher/code is a monetary value stored on an instrument that can be used to acquire goods or services only through the NEO CARBON website. The voucher/code is neither a product nor a service that is on the market, so the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection on the return of goods and services cannot be applied to the NEO CARBON voucher/code. The NEO CARBON voucher/code cannot be exchanged for money. The gift voucher/code can be combined or aggregated with other gift vouchers/codes. Unless otherwise indicated, the user can use the gift voucher/code once on one order.
