How to order products on https://neocarbone.com

Ordering products in our web store only takes a few steps.

Step 1 – Product selection
In the store, you select the product you want to order.

Then click on "Add to cart".

By clicking on the cart, your cart will be displayed with the selected product "My cart".

If you want to continue buying other products, click on the "X" in the upper right corner and continue shopping by adding the product to your cart.

In the shopping cart overview, you can change the quantity of the products you have selected (with "+" or "-"), and in case you do not want the selected product (size, model, etc.), you can empty the shopping cart by clicking on the small "x" next to the product name.

Option: If you have a discount code or coupon, enter it in the "Enter discount code" field and click "Apply". If you do not have a discount coupon code, leave the "Enter discount code" field empty. You can also enter the code on the next step.

If you do not want to buy other products, go one step further and click "Checkout now".

Step 2 – Order and payment information

Option: If you have a discount coupon, click in the field "Have a coupon?" Click here to enter the coupon". A field for entering the coupon code will open, enter the coupon code and click on the "Apply Coupon" button. If you do not have a coupon code for a discount, leave these fields blank.

Enter the correct and necessary data for product delivery in all the provided fields from the left column. Fields marked with an asterisk ( * ) are mandatory and must be filled out.

If you need an R1 invoice when making a purchase, enter the information required to issue an R1 invoice.

If you want to add a note to your order, you can enter your note in the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" field.

In the right column, there is information about the products from your order and you need to choose a payment method.

Choose the payment method you want and click on the button "ORDER"

If you have successfully completed the product ordering process, a data page will open with the details of your order. You will receive information and a code about your order to the email you entered. Save this email message until you receive the product and invoice.

If you chose to pay through your bank to our bank, it is necessary to make the payment according to the provided payment information, and after receiving the payment, we will send the product to your address that you entered when ordering the product.

If you have chosen "Payment on delivery", we will send the product to your address that you entered when ordering the product, and you will pay the same in cash to the delivery service plus delivery costs.
